RETURNS

There is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your package to email Contact@Kev2o2.com to request a return or use your customer profile if you signed up for one at checkout.

It's highly recommended to keep the original shipping box or bubble mailer during this period so you can reuse the packaging for the return.

When emailing Contact@Kev2o2.com please attach a clear picture of the item, unbroken, it's original packaging, proof of purchase such as a screenshot of the receipt, and reasoning for the return. If accepted, you will then be emailed back with directions on how to ship back the items. You will need to pay the shipping label, print it out, secure to the package and drop the package off at a postal service office. A RETURN PROCESS DOESN'T GUAREENTEE A REFUND

REFUNDS

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If not approved, I can send back the item or offer a discount for a future purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and email Contact@Kev2o2.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
